Can I change my booking?
You can change your booking time or date up to 24 hours before your allocated session, any requests for booking changes within the 24 hour window leading up to your session may be denied.

What time do we arrive?
Please turn up 10 minutes before your scheduled shoot time, leave plenty of time to get there as traffic may be a problem. If you are late to your appointment your session may be forfeited.

What if we decide to order an additional print and frame, acrylic or canvas package but have already booked the digital package?
Simply email and your order will be taken care of

Guaranteed delivery by Christmas?
Only orders placed before your photoshoot date are guaranteed delivery by Christmas 2017. We will endeavour to make sure orders placed after your photoshoot date are delivered by Christmas but this is not guaranteed.

Digital downloads will be sent 1-2 weeks after the photo shoot date, and USB drives will be mailed to your nominated address 1-2 weeks after the shoot date.

What to wear?
Where possible, try to wear block coloured clothing with no logos or writing, or simply dress in the Christmas spirit!

What is the wet weather policy?
In the event of unfortunate weather, we will attempt to move your session to another day. If that can’t be achieved, we will provide an alternate location which may be indoors on a different day.

Can we bring our pet?
Absolutely! We encourage people to bring their furry friends along to their session to be a part of the photos, just make sure they are on a leash as they may be other pets there.

What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of the bookings if you cannot make the time you have booked, we will attempt to move your session to another time slot. There is a strict no refund policy.
